Welcome to AKRADA CampusIntel ("AKRADA", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of akrada.com and all AKRADA pages and services. By using AKRADA, you agree to these Terms.

1. What AKRADA Is

AKRADA is a technology platform for Nigerian university students that provides:

Campus navigation and location sharing
Video courses and ebooks
Live tutorial listings and bookings
Past questions library
GPA calculator, emergency alarm, and community features
Affiliate and partner programs

AKRADA is a platform. We connect students and tutors. We do not teach courses ourselves, do not provide the tutorials, and do not author ebooks sold by others on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use AKRADA
If you are under 18, you need parental/guardian consent
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and password
Do not share your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access: [email protected]

4. Courses & Ebooks

4.1 For Students

Courses and ebooks are bought per item
Payments are processed by Paystack
Certificates are issued upon full completion of all lessons
Refund policy: Digital content is generally non-refundable once accessed. If a course is materially misrepresented, contact support within 7 days for review.

4.2 For Tutors

Free to publish courses and ebooks
You keep 70% of every sale; AKRADA takes 30%
Payouts every Friday via the tutor dashboard
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload
AKRADA reserves the right to reject or remove any course or ebook

5. Live Tutorials

5.1 For Students

You book and pay through AKRADA
Your payment is held for 48 hours after the class before release to the tutor
If the tutor does not attend, you are entitled to a full refund
Reviews may be left only after a verified booking

5.2 For Tutors

Live tutorial posting requires a monthly subscription: Tier 1 – ₦3,000/month (3 posts, 10% AKRADA cut) or Tier 2 – ₦6,000/month (unlimited, 5% AKRADA cut)
AKRADA reserves the right to grant free subscriptions at its discretion (e.g., early supporters)
Tutor payouts are made every Friday
No-show = full refund to student, tutor balance debited, 48-hour payout hold, and possible suspension
Tutors are solely responsible for the content, safety, and conduct of their classes

6. Affiliate & Partner Programs

Affiliate Program: 5% commission on every course and ebook sale referred
Partner Program: 7% commission — by invitation and approval at the founder's discretion
Referral bindings are permanent: once a buyer is referred by an affiliate or partner, that referrer earns on all future course and ebook purchases by that buyer
Commissions do not apply to live tutorial sales
Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, bots, fake accounts) will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or hateful content
Impersonate another person
Post content that infringes copyright or intellectual property
Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt AKRADA
Use AKRADA for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
Send false emergency alarms
Mock, harass, or abuse other users — including on the anonymous feed

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

8. Anonymous Feed

The anonymous feed exists for honest expression. It is not a shield for harassment. Reported posts that violate these Terms will be removed, and repeat offenders will be banned.

9. Emergency Alarm

The emergency alarm is a real safety tool. False alarms are a serious violation and will result in permanent account termination and possible legal action.

10. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload (courses, ebooks, past questions, posts)
By uploading, you grant AKRADA a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote it on the platform
AKRADA's name, logo, design, and code are the property of AKRADA CampusIntel

11. Payments & Paystack

All payments are processed by Paystack. By using AKRADA's payment features, you also agree to Paystack's terms. AKRADA does not store your card details.

12. Limitation of Liability

AKRADA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

That the app will be error-free or always available
That any tutor, course, or tutorial will meet your expectations
That locations on the map are 100% accurate at all times

AKRADA is not liable for indirect losses, missed classes, or third-party conduct. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid AKRADA in the last 3 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account anytime by emailing [email protected].

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled in Nigerian courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the app and on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
